ABOUT ME

My name is Cameron Hall and I am running for Lancaster County Commissioner in District One. I decided to seek this office because I have been a lifelong Lancaster County resident and I want to see this community succeed. We are at a critical crossroad in our county, and it’s reached a point where we need to change our trajectory. Never has it been more important to elect a commissioner who can represent your voice, someone who will act with your best interest in mind, and who will put the issues that matter to you first. 

 

I grew up in South Lincoln and attended Lincoln Southwest before attending the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in pursuit of a management degree with a minor in history. I now live in South Lincoln with my family. My wife, Sydney, and I got married in June of 2021 and we added our golden retriever Lilly to the pack in December. We attend Lincoln Berean Church and are grateful to have such a wonderful church community. Since February of 2020 I have been working in the family business and helping run Constructive Enterprises, Inc. When Sydney and I built our house, we decided to expand and add NuHaven Builders to achieve our dream of building homes for families in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

 

As a business owner in this community, I understand first-hand how to balance the desire for growth with keeping a strong financial base beneath you. I plan to bring common sense spending back to the county and put those dollars to work for you, while ensuring we are not increasing the tax liability of your household.

As a member of this community, I see the desperate need of investment in infrastructure such as roads and bridges. I plan to work closely with other county officials to ensure we have safe roads for you and your family. We are not stopping there. We will make strides in public safety by working closely with the Sheriff’s department and the Department of Corrections to make Lancaster County the safest county in Nebraska.
